My recent personal experience with the charge card system has been bizarre and I have posted more info on
@Trustpilot.
Credit suspension with an OK balance because I once approached my limit and made a payment immediately. Delays in posting payments "so they can work their way through the system." Suspending online payment because I use it "too often" in one month (Imagine a bank that doesn't want to get payments on a credit card!!!!!). Etc. Etc.
Meanwhile, I thought this bank was moving forward from its past difficulties. Based on the Trustpilot reviews, looks like that is not the case. And I find myself asking if they really want me as a customer. Maybe they don't like the fact I pay my balance every month, so no finance charges.
Beginning to look like disaster redux for this company. Sad...
