VOTERS ABANDON UK’S LABOUR PARTY OVER GAZA
A major electoral crisis is brewing for the UK’s Labour government. New polling from Opinium exposed a shift, revealing that a staggering 53% of left-leaning and centrist voters who abandoned Labour to switch to the Green Party, Liberal Democrats, or independent candidates did so specifically because of the ruling party’s handling of the ongoing g*nocide in G*za.
For decades, the Western political establishment has treated imperial foreign policy as a secondary issue, entirely separate from domestic electoral survival.
But these findings expose a severe disconnect between a heavily complicit leadership and its core voter base.
Progressive defectors are demanding immediate, systemic action, with an overwhelming 82% backing strict measures including: a comprehensive ban on all arms sales to Isr*el and direct sanctions against government ministers. In addition, 75% support a total halt on trade linked to illegal settlements.
The data confirms that the Labour Party's complicity in the G*za g*nocide is dismantling its voter coalition at home. For millions of progressive voters, solidarity with the Global South is no longer a footnote. It is on the ballot.

I'm out here proudly picketing alongside the workers next to Lumen Field, Seattle's venue for the FIFA games.
The workers have taken a strike authorization vote, with 97% voting yes!
UNITE HERE Local 8 members are fighting for a new union contract that includes year-round healthcare coverage, protections from ICE, fair raises, and a return to pre-pandemic staffing levels.

I have fought the neocons and warmongers in Washington for more than 25 years. Throughout, they have tried to silence, discredit, slander, and cancel me. Only recently, however, have they tried to deport me.
At least, that appears to have been the aim of a hit piece in Bari Weiss’s The Free Press, which claimed that Marco Rubio’s State Department was “investigating” me for allegedly seeking to “undermine the U.S.”—presumably because of my opposition to war with Iran.
Yet just hours later, the State Department issued a statement to reporters clarifying that “the State Department has no plans to revoke the green card of Mr. Parsi at this time.” Nor did it provide any confirmation for the central premise of the Free Press story—that an investigation of me existed in the first place.
So here’s what I think happened.

💢 BREAKING: U.S. has just carried out strikes inside Venezuelan territory, President Trump writes on social media, targeting a Tren de Aragua leader.
The criminal organization originating from Venezuela was designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the U.S. government in 2025.
It began in the early 2010s inside the Tocorón prison in the Venezuelan state of Aragua. The gang built a luxury bunker featuring a zoo, nightclub, and pool that served as their command center until Venezuelan authorities raided and retook the prison in September 2023. The transnational group is now estimated to have between 2,500 and 5,000 members.
U.S. authorities say the group primarily engages in human trafficking for sexual exploitation, extortion, migrant smuggling, drug trafficking, kidnapping, money laundering, and financial crimes (such as cyber-theft targeting ATMs).
Unlike gangs like MS-13, members typically do not use distinctive tattoos or visible symbols, making them highly difficult for law enforcement to identify.
The U.S. government justified the military action by stating the operation was closely "coordinated closely with our friends in Venezuela, with whom we are working very well."
