Great stuff! After listening to The Lads, I think the pick I'm most unsure on is Nickal - even tho he's improved, can't shake suspicion that he doesnt "get" MMA at an instinctive level: well-coached game which is bolted together of rote stuff without much feel for transition etc

"Everyone's scared, you don't need to be scared... [Alex has] minimal technique, but very effective strikes. His weakness is his openness. He has very strong attack, but his defense suffers.
Many opponents lose mentally in the fight, because they enter already afraid of him. You need to go forward and be aggressive, then [Alex] starts to get lost.
The fight will end early. Ciryl will finish the job."
