It’s Day 2 of our New Hire Symposium! We’re happy to share a sweet story from our Supervisor for Induction and Professional Learning Amy Struntz.
Two Amy’s former students, Allyson and Collin Schildt, were present at New Hire Symposium yesterday. They are now married and are starting their career in FCPS together!
“The story comes full circle as Allyson will be teaching at Thurmont Primary which is where I taught her and Collin in the 2002-2003 school year,” Amy said. “The photo shows us together holding our second grade class photo.”
