β£οΈItβs a new chapter for Facing Fentanyl.
Today, as we celebrate the launch of the new ARMOUR Families website, we also acknowledge something bigger. Facing Fentanyl has formally merged into ARMOUR Families to build greater, smarter, and more scalable solutions to the fentanyl crisis.
β£οΈFacing Fentanyl was founded by families who turned unimaginable loss into action. Together, we built one of the largest family-led fentanyl awareness movements in the nation. We educated communities. We stood beside law enforcement. We advanced legislation. We united over 200 organizations. We created National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day.
πNow we are expanding that foundation.
Through ARMOUR Families, our mission grows beyond awareness into infrastructure. Beyond advocacy into innovation. Beyond response into prevention systems designed to stop poisoning before it happens.
This merger strengthens our ability to:
β’ Advance science and breakthrough prevention strategies
β’ Partner with leaders in data, technology, and innovation
β’ Build real-time response tools
β’ Strengthen supply reduction, awareness, harm reduction, and justice reform efforts
β’ Unite families with researchers, policymakers, and public safety leaders
To every family who has stood with Facing Fentanyl, this is your movement evolving. Your voice remains central. Your loved ones remain our why.
To those working in science, technology, research, public safety, education, and policy, we invite you to engage with us at a deeper level. The crisis demands bold collaboration.
We are not stepping back. We are building forward.
