🚩 Tranexamic Acid - it's complicated....
➡️It's widely used for treatment & prevention of haemorrhage
➡️It's in the WHO's List of Essential Medicines & recommended in the European Traumatic Haemorrhage guideline (2023)
➡️But is it as efficacious as we think?
