Let's not forget - connectivity isn't an end. It's access to the services that connectivity is meant to create - and most of those services simply aren't designed for anything other than constant, stable bandwidth and power. Two things that don't exist in... lots of places.

@NeemaIyer biggest issue neglected in the debate is access and connectivity. "Marginalized people are left behind and the privileged have more power eg - not online less access to fact checking, gender digital divide, high internet costs"
