Driving impact through collaboration and learning
Climate Health Connect(CHC), with the support of
@theGCERF, is leading ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation efforts under the KCERP program—bringing together implementing partners from Lamu county into a dynamic peer-to-peer learning platform. This space fosters open reflection on what works, what needs improvement, and how best to address emerging gaps and challenges.
Through continuous learning and adaptation, CHC is strengthening implementation by supporting partners with robust monitoring tools, real-time feedback mechanisms, and a strong focus on data quality. By providing tailored technical support and tracking progress closely, CHC ensures that interventions remain responsive, effective, and impactful.
Together, we are not just implementing programs—we are building resilient systems, improving accountability, and driving sustainable change in our communities.
