My unsolicited opinion on #MERICA250 celebrations.... If a Democrat were in office Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and John Legend would be having a massive concert on the South Lawn and all the Republicans would be up in arms. A Republican is in office and is hosting an MMA fight and July 4th celebration on the South Lawn and the Democrats are up in arms. Perhaps those of us who remain sane can just enjoy the fact that "the last great experiment for promoting human happiness" ... Georgie Washington, 1770, (AKA the establishment of the United States of America) has not only survived 250 years, but has been and remains to be the greatest HUMAN institution for peace, prosperity, and the pursuit of happiness that mankind has ever created. If you disagree with that statement, just search X for content on people from all over the world visiting for the World Cup and discover their amazement at the country we so often take for granted. #USA

Spell check apparently didn’t catch the fat finger…didn’t mean to malign our first president with a new nickname (‘Georgie’) 😂

4 variations of movements that the #USMNT used last night to create tons of threat for Paraguay's back four, and some detail around these mechanisms: - Complementary WB & 10 movements - 10s attacking shoulder of FB - Depth = cleared backspace - CMs releasing from deeper
#USMNT getting a lot of joy whenever they stack the midfield (i.e. near side double pivot -> pushes into the last line, base of build becomes 3-1): Paraguay can’t deal with the # of runners behind, getting unlocked via direct passes from WBs, carries inside then played in, etc.

29 YEARS AGO TODAY Steve Kerr “bailed Michael Jordan out AGAIN” & hit the game-winning shot in GM6 of the 1997 NBA Finals "Michael said, 'Phil, I don't feel real comfortable in these situations. Why don't we go to Steve?'"🤣

.@BernieSanders , it is a time to celebrate. @elonmusk has created enormous value for society by building @SpaceX, driving down the cost of rocket launches and creating a global satellite communication network that has brought high speed, low-cost internet and communication access to hundreds of millions and eventually billions of people along with critical advantages for our military and our nation’s defense. SpaceX and its technologies will cause an acceleration in the growth of wages and wealth creation globally, including in some of the poorest communities in the U.S. and around the world. Access to low-cost, high speed communications everywhere will allow children around the world to be educated, families to build businesses, and life-saving medical knowledge and care to be available everywhere. SpaceX will materially bring down the cost of compute, advancing AI and humanity. Meanwhile, 4,000 SpaceX employees yesterday became millionaires, including hourly wage employees who you claim you are trying to help. The Elon Musks of the world drive growth, global GDP, and provide access to goods and services at lower cost that would otherwise not exist. Elon’s nominal trillionaire status is due to his ownership of SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, the Boring Company and his other initiatives that have brought new technologies that improve our everyday lives. Elon is not sitting on a trillion dollar pile of cash, jewelry and gold. He is using his controlling stakes in his companies to advance mankind. Elon’s companies don’t pay dividends. They reinvest all of their capital to accelerate innovation and value creation. Elon is working 24/7 for all of us. He deserves respect and appreciation, not smears. Bernie, your socialism would never allow a SpaceX to be built. Socialism has only proven to impoverish mankind and lead to death and destruction. We need to create the conditions for more SpaceXs to be built, not attack the great entrepreneurs who are helping to advance our country.

Elon employs ~160,000 Americans and in one morning created thousands of millionaires… You have done nothing for America.
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth. We need a wealth tax.

If you are having a bad day, just remember that the State of California's policies are so bad, that they drove SpaceX to Texas, thus losing a potential $100 billion in capital gains tax from the recent SpaceX IPO....and that is at today's pricing. Perspective is everything.

Doctors reportedly advised Andrea Bocelli’s mother to abort him because they feared he would be born with a disability.  She refused and chose life. Now, he’s singing at one of the most-watched sporting events in the world. No child’s value can be measured by a diagnosis.

Regarding $CIFR If the Stingray expansion were the only asset under CIFR's management, it would hold an enterprise value of approximately 1.5 billion. Debt servicing of $50m per year (6% interest!) indicates the market expects approximately $100m of NOI. At a cap rate of 6.5% that is $1.54b EV. Grabbing the debt off the EV, and you are left with around $800m in equity expectations from the Stingray project. Stingray is a 70MW project. The total actual pipeline that has been reported is right around 2,000MW. 70/2,000 = 3.5% Assuming no increases in the triple net lease rates (which is probably bearish) and normalizing over the entire portfolio would give you an EV value of over $40b and a projected equity value of over $22b and that is not factoring in any cash equivalents, future growth, or increase in lease values. Current Market cap is $10b. If the $CIFR team can finish the buildouts scheduled to be completed this fall, it will be hard to doubt this company. I have been following $CIFR since before it converted from BTC to HPC. Page has created a simple real estate model where its 'location, location, location'. $CIFR has 'beachfront property' and the public is starving for a trip to the beach. It is a brilliant model.

Illustration for those who are economically illiterate. Elon Musks empire is an apple tree. A MASSIVE apple tree. As long as you allow him the environment to keep growing he will continue to produce sweet juicy apples for the world and for the US. If you look at the apple tree and think: “That one tree is too big! It has more apples than everyone else. We should take some of his tree a redistribute it to the apple tree government” And decide to chop 30% of it off, you will just kill the tree and we get no more 🍎 🍏 . Wealth taxes are stupid and anyone who tries to convince you they aren’t are either dumb or they are manipulating you for votes.

You see a trillion dollars. Gavin sees 3/4 of a mile of high speed rail.
Americans are struggling to pay for groceries and gas while Elon Musk becomes a TRILLIONAIRE. When the federal government is for sale, the rich get richer and everyone else gets shafted. The system is rigged.

We need to work on a plan to get more Elon Musks and fewer Elizabeth Warrens in our country.

I am filled with optimism at the fact that the world's first trillionaire was made not by hedge funds or market manipulation, but by building the infrastructure to take America to the stars.
Feels very epochal.
