Fourth-generation dairy farmer Scott Glover and his wife Jennifer started Glo-Crest Dairy in 2000. In 2011, they expanded their operation by launching Mountain Fresh Creamery. At the creamery, they bottle cream, whole milk, chocolate milk, low-fat milk, and buttermilk, and make their own butter and premium ice cream right on the farm.
