it's funny how Marvel Rivals turned Hulk into a Kamen Rider.
Bruce made the Gamma Belt so that he can control the Hulk's transformations, the belt is limiting and releasing Gamma energy distribution in his body when needed.

Phasing in electric buses while growing transit fleets may mean it takes slightly longer to go fully electric, but quite often the "most polluting" bus is the one that doesn't run at all, forcing people to other modes.

So if Dreeshen had just agreed to loan the city the 1BN they needed to get to Shepard in Sept, it would have been cheaper AND we'd still have the tunnels Calgarians asked for. AND 2.5M of taxpayer $ would've been saved on yet another study.
