Thread with over 12k view full of conjecture, myth & misinfo. Average build time for nuclear is 6 to 9 years (Source: IAEA). Regulatory blocks are the main problem. New tech has massively increased efficiency & slashed down time. Fukushima was a direct result of humans, not tech.
