Found the answer, Need two tests, wrapping the call in a try/catch.
#tSQLt If I use tSQLt.ExpectException, and an exception occurs as expected, will tSQLt continue to process any assertions after that point? (looks like it doesn't). In my case I *do* expect an exception but want to *also* look at result tables
