Shocking. I truly did not know any of this until today:
/ Israeli forces still withhold the body of Palestinian activist Odeh Hadalin, killed last week by a settler in the occupied West Bank.
/ Seven of his family members who witnessed the killing remain in detention. A nurse who tried to save him was deported—along with other international witnesses.
/ Dozens of women from Umm al-Khair are on hunger strike, demanding justice.
/ An Israeli judge has lifted house arrest for Yinon Levi, the main suspect, claiming the case is weak and may be “self-defense.”
/ Levi owns an illegal West Bank outpost and a demolition company contracting with the Israeli army.
/ Earlier this year, the Trump admin lifted Biden-era sanctions on Levi—despite his long history of violence and harassment against Palestinians.
