I'm excited to announce that I'm defending on February 14th at 1 pm. See what I've uncovered about how mutations in FOXO1 contribute to B-cell lymphomas! Zoom link available; message me.

We spent more time than we'd like to admit staring at adapter sequences, but we've put together a protocol for dual-indexed PRO-seq library prep. Based off of the TRUseq Small RNA kit, the protocol can be easily adapted for other small RNA applications. researchsquare.com/article/r…
Has anyone updated their PRO-seq/GRO-seq adapters/sequencing primers to include dual indices for better results on the NovaSeq? Our current protocol is based on the TRUseq Small RNA kit but our core would like us to include a second index for better multiplexing. #Genomics

Excited to share our newest story! Our team details how the fusion transcription factor PAX3-FOXO1 regulates RNAPII pause release at a small number of genes via the recruitment of co-regulatory complexes to specific enhancer elements in aRMS cells. shorturl.at/ceFHL
