She allowed convicted child rapist (below) Daniel Cieslak to walk free with an absolute discharge after he raped a 12-year-old girl. Instead of a conviction for rape, she said the child “looked over 16” and let him off completely — no jail, no sex offenders register. In another case, she praised Algerian rapist Hamadache Hamza for “overcoming his difficult background” and setting up a hairdressing business, after he brutally raped a woman leaving her with internal injuries. These are the people deciding justice in Britain. No wonder victims lose all faith. No wonder predators laugh at the system. Name them. Shame them. SACK THEM. Protect our children.

I've joined more than 120 colleagues in signing this EDM to reject the EHRC Code of Practice. Trans people deserve love and equality. I’m worried these new rules won't achieve that. We need a proper debate in Parliament on them, and what they mean for our trans constituents.

The Home Office bussed hundreds of asylum seekers into a former army camp at Crowborough, East Sussex — at 3 o’clock in the morning. Not at noon. Not with a press release. Not with a briefing to local councillors. At 3am. Wealden District Council — the elected local authority responsible for that area — says it was deliberately kept in the dark. Not a courtesy call. Not a heads-up. Nothing. They discovered what their own government had done to their community the same way the residents did: after the fact. The Council’s Deputy Leader James Partridge has now formally stated that the Home Office’s secrecy “carries a high risk of public disorder and injury to people and property.” Read that again. Elected local politicians are warning Parliament that their own national government is creating the conditions for violence — through deliberate concealment from the people who live there. This isn’t bureaucratic incompetence. Incompetence doesn’t require a 3am operation. This is a government that knew the public would object, decided they didn’t have a right to know, and moved at night to get ahead of any resistance. They chose secrecy over safety. And now they’re blaming the public for reacting badly to being lied to.

Limann Matubber, a 26-year-old asylum seeker, tied a woman’s hands with a scarf, threatened her with a knife, and raped her despite her repeated protests. He was sentenced to just nine years. His lawyer claimed he had undergone a “significant cultural shift” since arriving in the UK. The judge told him: “The fact that you have been convicted of serious offences, does not mean that you should be deported back to Bangladesh; this country rightly protects even those who commit the worst crimes…” The victim gets a life sentence of trauma. The rapist gets nine years and protection from deportation. This is British justice under Starmer. The system protects foreign predators. British women pay the price.

Compare that to the same man a couple of years ago when a black gang member who was ramming in to police cars after committing yet another crime got shot.
