📍Arauca, Colombia | Our teams in @CICR_co remain ready to facilitate more release operations to see more families reunited in Colombia👇🏽
ALT Our teams facilitated the release of two people held captive by the Eastern War Front of the Ej\u00E9rcito de Liberaci\u00F3n Nacional (ELN), in a humanitarian mission conducted in a rural area of Arauca. This humanitarian operation was carried out with the participation of the Ombudsman's Office (Defensor\u00EDa del Pueblo) and the Catholic Church. Following their release, the individuals were transported in an ICRC vehicle to a safe location, where they were reunited with their loved ones.
