Another rough night for Russia's rapidly vanishing energy sector, as one of the country's key oil and fuel storage facilities burns in Yaroslavl Region.
The "Temp" complex belongs to the state reserve agency and functions as a large storage and distribution center for petroleum products. Fuel held there can be redirected during shortages, emergencies, or military requirements.
Positioned on major rail and Volga transport routes north of Moscow, it plays a key role in keeping fuel moving through central and northwestern Russia.
