I have known Dave Hartman since like 1991 or something. One of my best friends ever.
That is why I also know:
THE SECRET TO HIS COMICS!
The secret is: Dave's brain knows how to draw but his decrepit limbs don't. So the only way he can create comics is to squish his mouth around until part of his brain falls down the nasal cavity and comes out his mouth. Then he has to hold that chunk of brain in his lips and lean over the drawing board and squoosh the brain chunk around on the paper to make the drawings come out. Sort of like finger-painting but using oral cerebrum skills instead. It's the only way he knows how to draw and after every drawing he has to spit out that piece of brain in the trash.
Dave has been making comics this way for centuries.
With every comic he makes, more of his brain is running out. So be sure to back his new comics because you never know which one will use up the last piece of brains that he has left.
