Huge news for Celsius creditors @IonicDigital revamped their website and there is no mention of Bitcoin mining. None. Instead, it's a full pivot to AI and HPC. And if the other Bitcoin miners that made this same pivot are any indication... IREN: 674% last year TeraWulf: 566% last year Cipher: 490% last year Core Scientific: 151% last year This could be very, very good for Celsius creditors holding Ionic shares. Share with a fellow Celsius bag-holding hostage :)

Starting in company is easier than ever... In 2005, starting a business cost ~$40,000. In 2026, it costs $110. AI demolished the barriers. The only question left: What are you going to build?

Hyperscalers will spend $700 BILLION on data centers in 2026 alone. Amazon: $200B. Google: $185B. Meta: $135B. AI data centers now represent 70% of all new grid interconnection requests in the US. The bottleneck isn't the algorithm anymore. It's the power line.

THEY DID IT. The SEC and CFTC just dropped a landmark document that officially classifies crypto assets. They're actually telling us which crypto assets are securities and which ones aren't - by name! THIS IS SOMETHING GENSLER REFUSED TO DO (he focused on prosecuting crypto out of existence) This rule doc gives crypto many of the benefits of the clarity bill - it lifts us out of the gray market - it gives every asset a path. It's almost like the Clarity act just passed by way of regulator. (of course, the actual clarity act will harden all this into legislation and make it irreversible in the event we get another Gensler, we still want it) This rule says there's 5 categories for crypto assets: 1) Digital Commodities - assets tied to a functional, decentralized crypto system (e.g., BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE). Not securities. (yes, they name them on page 14) 2) Digital Collectibles - NFTs, meme coins, artwork tokens, in-game items. Not securities (fractionalized collectibles may be an exception). 3) Digital Tools - membership tokens, credentials, domain names (e.g., ENS). Not securities. 4) Stablecoins - payment stablecoins under the GENIUS Act are not securities. Other stablecoins, it depends. 5) Digital Securities - tokenized versions of traditional securities. Like tokenized stocks. Always securities. Amazing! This makes so much sense I can't believe it's coming from a regulator. No more enforcement threats to Ethereum developers and crypto exchanges. How about the Howey test? More common sense! If an issuer makes specific promises of managerial efforts from which buyers expect profits, the offering is a security until those promises are fulfilled. Then it's a commodity. The asset itself was never the security, the deal around it was. (E.g. XRP was a security pre launch, became a commodity after). How about stuff like staking and mining? Mining? Not a securities transaction. Staking? Also not a securities transaction, that includes custodial and liquid staking even with LSTs! How about wrapping BTC? Not a securities transaction. Airdrops? NOT SECURITIES. NO MORE GEO BANS PROTECTING AMERICANS from free airdrops. Remember this is a joint doc from the SEC and CFTC, They're actually cooperating on this, no internal strife, this is binding to both. SEC regulates $80-100 trillion assets CFTC regulates $5-10 trillion assets Both of the world's largest capital markets are showing us that crypto assets are here to stay and they're welcome alongside traditional assets. Every country will follow. This is the biggest move toward legitimacy I've seen in all my time in crypto. Maybe bigger than the genius act since is covers all crypto assets. Well done @MichaelSelig and @SECPaulSAtkins. And especially well done to the indefatigable @HesterPeirce. Her fingerprints are all over this, couldn't have happened without her eight years of principles-based curiosity.

The recent accusation by Tucker Carlson claiming that @Chabad @Lubavitch is somehow behind the war in Iran is not merely bizarre. It is a repackaging of one of the oldest antisemitic tropes in history. When Tucker says “Chabad,” his intention is obvious. Chabad is the largest, most vibrant, and most visible Jewish movement in the world. Its emissaries live openly as Jews in thousands of communities, serving Jews of every background and often helping their neighbors of every faith. To single out Chabad in this way is simply a way of saying “the Jews,” while pretending otherwise. And Tucker knows this narrative is false. Over the years he himself has acknowledged—just as presidents, prime ministers, and world leaders across the globe have—that Chabad’s work is extraordinary: building schools, feeding the hungry, caring for the lonely, teaching faith, and strengthening communities in every corner of the world. From the very first day of his leadership, the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson launched not a campaign of war, but a campaign of goodness and kindness. His call was simple and radical: that every person adds one more mitzvah, one more act of light, one more moment of compassion to make this world a better and more peaceful place. That is the “plot” of Chabad. Not conflict, but kindness. Not domination, but dignity. Not war, but Goodness. The Rebbe taught that the proper response to hatred is not silence but more light. This Shabbos, every Jew should show up to Chabad. Stand together proudly. Pray together. And take on one more mitzvah—one more good deed—inspired by the Rebbe’s vision to transform the world through goodness and kindness. Join the Rebbe’s revolution, not to topple a government, but to uplift the world. Wrap tefillin. Light shabbos candles. Donate to your local Chabad. Because the answer to lies is truth, and the answer to darkness is light.

Chabad synagogues around the country need to increase their security immediately before this horrible man gets people killed. He knows exactly what he’s doing here, and it is pure evil. Chabad leadership should also consider a defamation case if this continues, or even now. While “Jews” or “Israelis” as groups are too large and generalizable to have group standing in a defamation case, a particular religious organization like Chabad (or, impliedly, its rabbis) very well might.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE — Tucker Carlson claims that a sect of Judaism called Chabad is ultimately behind the military strikes on Iran. This might be Tucker's most absurd claim to date. And it's yet another shot at Trump. Why? Well, @jaredkushner & @IvankaTrump have belonged to Chabad in DC, and Kushner helped lead the U.S. negotiations before the strike began last week. As for Tucker's rant about Chabad — which he helpfully spelled for his viewers — it is beyond preposterous. It's also dangerous — Chabad buildings and events have repeatedly been targeted by terrorists. For example, the horrific massacre last December at Bondi Beach in Australia, where 15 were murdered, including Rabbi Eli Schlanger, was a Chabad event. Tucker explained in tonight's monologue that the "real" reason for the strikes on Iran — meaning why Israel, in his telling, is forcing the U.S. to help topple the Mullahs — is to launch a "holy war" for the purpose of destroying the Al Aqsa mosque and the Dome of the Rock in the Old City of Jerusalem, in order to rebuild the Third Temple at the same site. And who does Tucker claim is behind this insidious plot — and thus the military campaign he called "evil"? Chabad. As anyone active in Jewish life knows, Chabad focuses on outreach to its own local Jewish community, particularly to more secular Jews who don't feel connected to a standing synagogue. But because Chabad is not known to almost anyone outside of the Jewish community, it makes for an easy target of dark conspiracy theories. That's why Candace Owens has made Chabad into a villain in her increasingly unhinged rants. But here is why this theory is as crazy as it is dangerous. Chabad is a loosely-knit collection of synagogues (and related community/educational centers), each run by a Rabbi and his wife, who stay in a given community or neighborhood typically for life. Far from being structured like, say, the Catholic Church, each Chabad House raises its own funds. Tucker's "logic" for his outrageous allegations is that Chabad wants to bring about the building of the Third Temple, known in Hebrew as the beit hamikdash. But... how does Chabad actually to bring about the building of the beit hamikdash? Through acts of kindness. Truly by doing good deeds in order to "merit" God rebuilding the Jewish holy site. In fact, Jews have for prayed for the rebuilding of the beit hamikdash — every single day — since shortly after the destruction of the Second Temple almost two thousand years ago. It is literally part of Jews' daily prayers. But it has nothing to do with tearing down an Islamic holy site, let alone starting a holy war. It's a prayer asking God to return us to the elevated state of spirituality that existed during the time of the Temple, and more importantly, for Him to send "Moshiac," or the Messiah. That Tucker would turn ancient Jewish prayers into some kind of sinister plot that is responsible for a very real and ongoing military campaign should be shocking. Sadly, though, it's not. But that doesn't mean that it isn't dangerous. Real people and actual families go to Chabad synagogues, and little kids across the U.S. and in other countries attend Chabad schools and preschools. It takes just one person already on the fringes to use this kind of rhetoric as justification for violence. That's not speculation. It has happened again and again — just in recent years. Yet Tucker is so blinded by his desire to take a swipe at Jared and Ivanka — because he knows he can't attack Trump directly — that he simply doesn't care.

Im not Chabad. I am however very close with many from this Hasidic sect of Judaism, visit their selfless emissaries around the world & even went to a Chabad school as a child and I can say unequivocally that there isn’t an iota of truth to this. Insane & dangerous @TuckerCarlson

Beautifully stated @MatiGreenspan! I’ve long held the theory that technology is a huge part of the evolution of humankind that brings us all to a singularity of mind and abundance that is literally the times of Messiah described in biblical texts. x.com/i/spaces/1kKzDMMlDYNJ

Hey @GWAM_Abbate great insights! Now if you could pls get @IonicDigital to put in half the time/effort to communicate with sharholders or do so yourself as promised when S/Hs acted & paid to get you in, that would be 👍 When disclosures re lease terms? When listing/liquidity?
Posted this on LinkedIn and had a few requests to post on X so here you go.. There has been a lot of talk about the Citrini report lnkd.in/gxqGuv9D Although I agree with the direction of the report, the magnitude of the repercussions are, most likely, wildly dramatized. Sure, AI is writing code, and will greatly affect those employed in the software engineering (SWE) industry. But the fact that AI will write 90% of the code that is being produced is nothing more than the continued evolution of computer science, not a bearish foreboding. Anyone that believes otherwise simply has not been involved in, or has not studied the history of, computer science. Back in the 1940s, computer scientists literally had to write the zeros and ones of the code (which was a step up from moving wires). Then we developed assemblers, then compliers and in 1957 IBM developed FORTRAN. At that point about 90% of the code that was being written by humans was replaced with software! (sound familiar?) But the evolution did not stop there (and this now gives me a chance to plug my alma mater). On May 1st, in 1964, a group of faculty in a sleepy little down in Hanover New Hampshire released BASIC which not only invoked timesharing (the pre cursor to parallel processing / CUDA) but was programming language developed for the very purpose of giving Dartmouth's liberal arts student population access to this new found technical industry. lnkd.in/gJyWwDa6 So moving beyond the history lesson, making these new tools available to the masses clearly improve productivity, which will allow society to produce more goods and services at lower cost, which will drive down the cost of those goods and services. AI IS MASSIVELY DEFLATIONARY and I strongly believe the market is underestimating the magnitude of these deflationary forces. But, this type of deflation is GOOD. Shorting the computer industry or the economy generally in the the 1950s and 1960s was not a good trade.. The issue arises when there are debt fueled speculative bubbles that do not properly forecast these deflationary forces (ie some parts of the SAAS / PE market and private credit generally). Most of these investors that have not properly priced the deflation are the ones that do not understand the technology. So what we are left with is an amazing investment opportunity where there are still massive tail winds of productivity gains, but pockets of debt financed speculation. And that is why we started GreenWulf. The investor that is going to succeed in the next cycle / correction is someone who not only understands the implications of new technologies but also employs them to be more efficient and beat the competition. But in order to do so, you need to understand BOTH technology and credit (and there are not too many people who do)
