The paper is finally out in @NAR_Open ! doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkae1131 - We demonstrate that bacterial sRNA terminators get involved in really strong and specific gene expression regulation. Congrats to co-first author @_Eugenisimo and colleagues in Maude Guillier's lab @EgmIbpc

New preprint! We have assigned adenosylcobalamin (a biologically active form of vitamin B₁₂) as the ligand of a previously orphan riboswitch that controls expression of the rpfB-ksgA-ispE operon, involved in the resuscitation of Mtb from dormancy. Read biorxiv.org/cgi/content/shor….
