BREAKING: Trump says a deal with Iran is scheduled to be signed tomorrow. “Immediately after it is signed, the Hormuz Strait is OPEN TO ALL.” The president says the agreement will permanently prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and described it as the exact opposite of the Obama-era nuclear deal. Trump also said no money will exchange hands under the agreement and warned that if the process falls apart, the U.S. has “the ultimate alternative.”

The growing rapprochement between the UAE and Iran undermines a key assumption that has shaped much of the Israeli debate over the past year, namely, that Gulf states would move closer to Israel, expand the Abraham Accords, or even support a more confrontational regional posture toward Tehran in the wake of the war. In reality, many Gulf states are deeply frustrated with Israel. From their perspective, they were drawn into a regional crisis that imposed significant economic and security costs on them. Since the strikes on Qatar, many in the Gulf increasingly view Israel not as a source of stability, but as a potential driver of regional escalation. As a result, there is little prospect of major new normalization steps with Israel absent dramatic progress on the Palestinian issue. Gulf leaders understand that the Iranian regime is not going anywhere, and they see no strategic benefit in trying to isolate Tehran or push it into a corner. This does not mean that Gulf states have become naïve about Iran. They remain deeply aware of the challenges and threats posed by Tehran. However, their preferred strategy is de-escalation and coexistence rather than confrontation. From their perspective, maintaining channels of communication with Iran is a necessity, not a choice. #IranWar‌
The UAE is releasing billions of dollars to Iran as part of a deal to reduce bilateral tensions and assist with reopening the strait. It could be as much as $20 billion. $3 billion has already been delivered, confirming rumors from earlier this week. The move comes after the emirates emerged as the single largest target for Iranian missiles and drones during the war. From confrontation to accommodation. reuters.com/world/middle-eas…

Incredible. Publishing what appears to be (if you care to read the "evidence") a totally legitimate US program, and even citing the risks of these being used as "Russian information campaigns", Tulsi Gabbard - the gift that kept giving - presents the Kremlin with yet one more information operation. Read our investigation from 2025 where we presented evidence that the hybrid ops unit of GRU's 29155 came up with the whole "bio-labs" concept - and co-opted Tulsi into it. theins.press/en/inv/281731
Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted. odni.gov/index.php/newsroom/…

The Apache was scanning the night sky for Iranian threats to commercial ships below shortly after 1 a.m. local time on Tuesday when the drone detonated directly in front of it, U.S. officials said. The drone’s infrared-guidance device landed in one of the pilot’s laps, burning through part of his flight suit. What was left of the drone wedged itself inside the aircraft.  New details tonight wsj.com/world/middle-east/ir…

Seems about right if you also take into account the dark transfers of various crude oil and refined products from the Arab nations. Yesterday, we tagged ten large sets of STS transfers in the GoO following their dark, US-escorted passages via the SoH. Iranian crude still remains trapped within the greater US blockade perimeter even if loadings take place every now and then at Iran’s five key crude terminals.
(Reuters) - Roughly 7 million barrels a day of oil are getting out of the Persian Gulf with U.S. military ‌help, Energy Secretary Chris Wright said on Friday at an event in Houston.

Trump calls on GOP to pass a third reconciliation bill with $350 billion in defense spending — but his own party fires back with deep skepticism. Sen. John Kennedy calls it a 'very, very long shot' before midterms, while Sen. Collins says reconciliation 'is not the best approach.' The push comes just hours after Trump signed the second reconciliation bill into law, and with Republicans increasingly at odds with the White House over legislative strategy.

Big news today. DNI Gabbard directs the National Intelligence Council to rescind two assessments on AHI/Havana Syndrome, saying there were mischaracterizations of sources, omissions of info, and limited intel collection
This is huge news for the AHI victim community, analytic integrity, and for the American people. These flawed, fraudulent, and manufactured Intelligence Community Assessments (ICA) have caused significant harm to some of our nation’s bravest. ICAs carry a great deal of weight, particularly when declassified as part of a public messaging effort, as was done with the AHI ICA. The assessment was deliberately manufactured and used to discredit some of our nation’s bravest and impede their access to medical care. As was the case with other high-visibility intelligence assessments, it fell far short of analytic integrity standards. Today’s action by @DNIGabbard is a glimmer of hope for our nation’s intelligence officers, service members, and diplomats stationed around the world who have defended this country in austere locations and subsequently had the nation they served turn its back on them. Thank you to Director Gabbard for keeping her commitment to this Committee and me, and for her overall willingness to do the right thing. I am incredibly grateful.

Trump’s announcement of a deal reportedly caught Netanyahu by surprise during a security meeting on Iran. According to CNN, the claim was based on assurances from Pakistani mediators, though U.S. officials had not yet confirmed any agreement with Tehran.
