Our study found only fair agreement b/w clinical trial endoscopists & adjudicators in grading esophagitis. Further education in using the #LAclassification is needed. CTs should also directly incorporate adjudication processes into their study designs. academic.oup.com/dote/articl…

Are you utilizing the LA classification for esophagitis correctly? Only 4.2% of participants were able to correctly classify all 9 of our initial training videos, despite 92% of participants using the classification system for most patients. @armstro265
