Dr. Yahagi after he resected an 8cm circumfrential duodenal lesion flawlessly and closed the defect in 2h:

To everyone who supported my elective and all the incredibly talented physicians who took the time to teach me, Arigato 🌸 @YutoShimamura@RobertBechara
Our study found only fair agreement b/w clinical trial endoscopists & adjudicators in grading esophagitis. Further education in using the #LAclassification is needed. CTs should also directly incorporate adjudication processes into their study designs. academic.oup.com/dote/articl…

Honoured to learn from Dr. Yahagi, Dr. Kato & everyone at Keio University. We even got to hangout with @joohahwang in endoscopy today. His advice was to be patient and take up golf to improve at #endoscopy 🏌♀️Wondering if there are #CME credits for golf lessons... #GITwitter
