We need to move away from referring to the current GP model as ‘total triage’. It is remote ‘consulting’ & patients should be offered a subsequent face-to-face review if needed.
Referring to the initial contact as triage undersells the comprehensive review that should take place

@IcesWorcester currently have a critical shortage of SYRINGE PUMPS and KEYS. Clinicians please can you return any currently unused pumps and spare keys urgently. Our clinical teams are needing these today to deliver vital medication to patients
