Thrilled to share phase 3 HERIZON-GEA-01 in @NEJM before @ASCO. Biparatopic anti-HER2 Zanidatamab plus chemo±tislelizumab improved PFS in HER2 gastric/GEJ cancer; the tislelizumab combo also improved OS. Grateful to all patients and collaborators.
