Finska odvrača rusko invazijo z nekaj preprostimi politikami. Ena od teh je, da se vsi polnoletni moški udeležijo kratkega urjenja osnov vojskovanja, ki traja par tednov. In potem vsako leto to znanje osvežijo. Nič več, nič manj.
Civilisti smo izjemno pomemben kos sestavljanke pri obrambnem načrtu tako države kot osebne svobode državljanov.
Zakaj Slovenija tega ne ve, ali pa oblast tega ne želi, ne bom špekuliral.
