In Gaza, months of inadequate food and nourishment have left Osama, 5, severely malnourished. Even as he receives initial treatment, his full recovery depends on sufficient nutrition and follow-up care. Aid at scale must be allowed into Gaza for children's health and survival.

I just spoke again with the Flotilla, incl its Comm Room in Catania All looks calm and safe now. Speedboats watching; but the flotilla continues its sailing. It will be a long night. And as they say and we say, "we are together".
