📣 Minister Emma Hardy has confirmed that the UK Government will ratify the High Seas Treaty by the end of the year. We really welcome this, but echo the Environment Audit Committee and hope this can be achieved as soon as possible

Campaign win! Last night a motion to approve Deposit Return Scheme regulations was approved in the House of Commons 🙌 Last year 97% of UK beaches we surveyed were polluted with bottles and cans, posing threat to marine life like seabirds and seals

Oyster restoration milestone! We're excited to announce that as part of the DEEP project we've now deployed 100,000 native oysters into the Dornoch Firth, Scotland
The first few native oysters were placed in 2017, building up to 100,000 today – with millions more to come

The rally was full of energy, with a growing coalition of charities and community groups gathering peacefully to demand urgent action on water quality
