One of my fav Ninja Theory games is Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. Monkey and Trip had a fantastic dynamic, and Trip struck the perfect balance between beauty and personality. Then Anita Sarkeesian attacked the game for not being feminist enough and criticized its portrayal of men as protectors. Ninja Theory changed direction, went more radical, and we never got another character like Trip again. Stopped supporting them since then. Now they're about to be shut down.

I don't care who they fire, all their games will suck unless they stop making them for the MODERN AUDIENCE. Microsoft hasn't produced any great first party games that didn't already exist BEFORE Microsoft got involved. Halo? Pre-existed. Gears of War? Pre-existed. And all their studio stopped making great new games/IP's after they'd been bought. Microsoft has a dysfunctional management culture, and they make crappy First Party games. They need to fix their mismanagement first, or no wave of layoffs or shutterings is gonna save them.

Good Morning everyone except execs at @AmazonMGMStudio #savestargate is trending again. Keep it up fans! How long will they go on without addressing cancelling Martin Gero's Stargate and the fan backlash?

Is it possible for Game Pass to be Netflix? I believe so, but I'm also on the outside looking in and I'm sure my level of education (or lack of) disqualifies my opinion by many. However, let me tell you what I've noticed. I've seen XBOX acquire a substantial number of IPs (Mind you, they had never properly nurtured the ones they already had) and I've seen very little come from the purchased IPs. I've seen the XBOX studios' culture turn to one that protects those who actively work against what customers want while attacking customers for pushing back. Their product quality has tanked, their productivity is abysmal and now the company can no longer hide what has been done to it. @asha_shar can either force EVERYONE (including Microsoft execs) to face reality or Microsoft needs to cut it loose. The one thing I hate from leadership is for it to not be willing to admit the truth and to not make the changes that need making. Asha, I hope you can distinguish between those who walked away because Xbox wouldn't listen to corrective criticism and those who cheered the destruction as long as they got what they wanted. Decay is a choice.

You want to fix Xbox, @asha_shar ? Then start eliminating they/them pronouns, ridiculous rainbow skins in Halo, and bring back THIS. Otherwise, you're no different than any other corpo-loser who came before you. Xbox deserves no trust.

XBOX has an entire website devoted to DEI guidelines for their games. There is an explicit rule about not having exaggerated body proportions for female characters and to make sure they are girl-bosses. XBOX will never be great again until they take down these rules.

I think Star Wars Chronicles is my new favourite head canon :D Blending the best of Disney's Star Wars, and the OG EU. Really looking forward to seeing how much they're able to adapt and give us.

Words can hardly explain how amazing this is. It's a little stiff in parts, but it feels right, and looks amazing. It's almost exactly what I wanted out of an adaption, especially given the current state of the Star Wars universe (at 5 ABY). If Disney, Jon and Dave won't give us what we want, then I'm glad dedicated, brilliant and creative fans and AI can and will pick up the slack.
