@swtrains_watch @SW_Help @StandUpToSWR @SWRstrike pretty annoyed actually. Just bought tickets at GOD explaining I wanted super off peak as coming back late. Not until gate line did it said everything after 21:20 cancelled and at time of purchase not sure what would happen. 1/2

2/2 would it have hurt for tell me that or have the bloody notice in the ticket office? Also have unusable / non refundable theatre tickets due to that uncertainty. Presume I can claim for train and theatre tickets (as consequential loss?)

2/2 @SW_Help @StandUpToSWR @SW_unHELPful however saw two perfectly polite school girls being rudely dealt with (and disbelieved) when they quite rightly said their tickets didnāt work in the barriers. Manners cost nothing. They didnāt deserve that treatment. Enough already.

Sent OH off with a small list including
a 2oz piece of gruyere from the deli counter.
Ok My fault for imperial instruction but no one in Waitrose knew what 2 oz meant or how to convert it by using Google. Ridiculous

I bet theyāll say only the Ā£30.50 SWR or some such nonsense! That doesnāt help my expense claim though! Surely a receipt should cover what youāve actually spent - otherwise they shouldnāt sell travel cards š
