I’m not the biggest fan of Elon, but it doesn’t surprise me that he’s the first trillionaire. You don’t get there by accident. Even billionaires with the most nepo money don’t get anywhere close. Hate the man all you want, but acting like he did nothing to get wealthy is cope.

Fighting hate with hate & painting with broad strokes signal defective reasoning. This isn't proof that all South Africans are xenophobes. I have South African friends who hate the xenophobic minority in their country just as much as anyone else. The loudest & most hateful people are usually the ones who get the most attention online and in the media. Most South Africans are not xenophobes, just like most Nigerians are not scammers. It's wrong to judge an entire country by the actions of a few people. That said, not every complaint about foreigners is made up. Sometimes foreigners do bad things and people get angry because of it. If I remember correctly, the woman in the video was upset because some foreigners (Nigerians, I believe) were selling drugs to children in her community. If that's true, then people have every right to be angry about that, but being angry at criminals shouldn't be the same thing as hating an entire nationality. The people who commit crimes should be blamed, not millions of innocent people who did nothing wrong. We should condemn xenophobia wherever it appears. At the same time, we should also be honest enough to call out the bad behaviour of our own people when it happens. We can't demand fairness from others while refusing to hold our own accountable. In the end, everyone should be judged by their actions, not by their nationality. That's the fair & sensible approach.

Anyone who knows me on this platform knows I have opinions and political views, and I’m not afraid to share them. That said.. I’ve managed to navigate this incredibly toxic corner of x for a long time without lowering myself to swearing at people or hurling abuse. I understand people get frustrated and slip up from time to time. We’re all human. But for the most part.. I’ve found Reform supporters and members willing to have civil discussions.. even when they strongly disagree. The level of toxic abuse I’ve received from a large part of the Restore community has genuinely made the left look like kittens. For the love of God, people.. remember your age and act accordingly. This childish behaviour is beneath us. If you’re Reform, remember what sets us apart. Debate in good faith. Treat people with dignity. And if someone can’t do the same.. don’t sink to their level. Just block them and move on.

Society collectively needs to stop making excuses for awful behaviour. There are BILLIONS of people around the world who grew up in suboptimal conditions and they don't use it as an excuse to be a criminal or degenerate. Tolerance of evil isn't a virtue.
