I’m super excited to share that I received an @ERC_Research Starting Grant!! The DECODE-PMD project will boost research in my new lab @CRGenomica to unravel how nascent proteins can trigger degradation of their own mRNA during translation.

Lab’s first preprint🥂! Following our passion for #RNA & #cytoskeleton, we find how tubulins control the stability of their encoding mRNAs via reversible repression of TTC5. Abolishing this repression suppresses tubulin mRNA stability and poisons mitosis👇 biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
