When I first learned about what was to happen to the environment at Fort Edward Solar, I thought it was an isolated incident. And then I started to travel to solar complexes. I started to talk to people. Towns started to email me. I learned that environmental devastation is commonplace at every single ORES wind and solar complex. Rural New Yorkers had lost their ability to govern their towns statewide. It’s all purposeful, the centralization of power. They don’t want us governing our resources without Albany’s input. So they created ORES. And I created a nonprofit. This is bigger than Fort Edward. This is a statewide lawsuit that attacks the RAPID Act regulations and concerns the transmission lines. Albany took our home rule. It’s time to get it back. You can read the full petition on our nonprofit website. Linking below. This will take substantial funding to see it through. Your support is appreciated. Thank you. We’re just getting started! americanlandrescuefund.com/l…

On Friday, June 12th, 2026, I, in my capacity as the president of the American Land Rescue Fund with the Town of Glen, New York, filed a lawsuit against the Office of Renewable Energy Siting over the legality of the RAPID Act implementing regulations. This is now bigger than Fort Edward. I promise that we are doing everything we can to spare every single town in New York State that has, against its will, been sited as a location for a solar or wind complex. This lawsuit does just that. The petition argues violations of SAPA rulemaking requirements, SEQRA environmental review requirements, procedural due process in the adoption process, and the validity of 16 NYCRR Parts 1100, 1101, and 1102 as adopted regulations. This case is about transparency, public participation, environmental review, and the rule of law. Without our home rule and the ability to call out our state government for overriding environmental regulations, we have no rule of law in New York State. It's time to get our home rule back. This is a 75-page monster of a petition that our genius attorney put together. It's bold, aggressive, and exactly what's needed if we stand a chance at taking these authoritarian agencies on in court. There is much more to come. Linking to the petition below.

Thanks @davelucas for having me on this morning! Great convo about solar and wind sprawl in New York State and how people can get active in defending their communities. Appreciate anyone willing to listen to the facts about how commercial solar only converts at 15% of its annual potential in our climate. It’s not a fix for our grid. And our state government knows it.

This is because your sports team won? No. It’s because once you teach animals they can get away with whatever, they do it over and over and over again.

THE VIDEO: Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 passes over the Tunkhannock Viaduct. A 1.2-million-pound steam legend crossing one of the largest concrete railroad viaducts ever built. Nicholson, Pennsylvania delivered an unforgettable scene today.

There's something unique about a train going through the prairies. I think this unit train was carrying potash.

Spotted in Kingsbury, New York, another stack of broken panels, sitting out in the open next to a solar complex. When panels are broken in this way, lead, silver, cadmium, tin, and zinc leach out of them onto the soil below. They also drop microplastics, glass shards (pictured below), and PFAS (forever chemicals). Since the complexes are installed with out-of-state, and as we saw in Western New York this week, out-of-country labor, the workers are not concerned with environmental contamination at the worksite. There is no regulatory body monitoring the installation of these solar complexes in Upstate New York. It's a free-for-all, equipped with green energy subsidies, credits, and foreign corporations. This is what it gets you. The destruction of our rural way of life in real-time while panels poison prime farmland or animal habitat. The power doesn't stay local (if it's even tied-in at all). Property values surrounding the complex go down. Taxes go up to make-up for the hundreds of acres taken out of the property tax roll. This must end.

Buying this 1959 Ford Fairlane in Hoosic, NY, won't solve all your problems, but at least you'd look cool while driving to and from your problems

A young Scottish girl who defended her sister from Muslim invader/predators has been vindicated by a British court. She should have a statue erected in her honor rather than have been charged in the first place. She has more heart than the leftist politicians destroying the UK.

🚨 WOW! Spencer Pratt just dropped this after they stole the LA mayoral election from him — he’s about to drop BOMBSHELLS he was saving for the general election! “We have some recordings of one of your insulting candidates doing and saying something that would make her resign in shame.” 🤯 “I was saving it for the general election. Go ahead and pick your demon, certify your choice, and then you get to see it.” “You think you can get rid of me that easily?” “Karen, Nithya, ask yourself, is it possible that one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign in disgrace?” 🔥🔥🔥 “I'm going to be lighting you up every single day and now I don't have to worry about offending CNN viewers.” “I don't have campaign laws hamstringing me now. It's WAR. It's zero hour for Los Angeles!” x.com/spencerpratt/status/20…

❓️😃❓️😃❓️😃❓️😃❓️😃❓️😃❓️😃 DID YOU KNOW? 🤔 The original Jeep wasn’t born for off-roading—it was marketed as farm equipment! 🚜💨 After WWII, Willys released the "Civilian Jeep" (CJ) as a do-it-all workhorse that could plow fields, pump water, and even run power saws. Turns out your favorite trail-ready rig started out as a glorified tractor! 🧑‍🌾🌲 #Jeep #DidYouKnow #CarHistory #FunFacts #VintageJeep #Willys
