A mentally ill person was rescued by OPUS Beggars Rehabilitation Center(sponsored by @SSEPD2 ) from Saheed Nagar.According to his statement, he has no one to look after him, and now he resides with other inmates in that rehabilitation center. @CMO_Odisha @Ashokpandabbsr @BPSethi
