My absolute most difficult battle in this career. Making sure that I am as good to people that share my last name as I am to those who don’t. At the end of the day - I am fully replaceable in one space & quite the opposite in the other. I try to remember that…but still struggle

We had such an incredible time at our new staff @EnergyBusSchool Onboarding event on Wed. We worked to bring new staff up to speed so that we can hit the ground running when students return. On new folks not only learned about the Energy Bus, but also what it means to #RepTheRock

Before I was introduced to @JonGordon11 and The Energy Bus, these were the 10 rules I had in my office. Middle schoolers connected with Kobe and I enjoyed talking about rule 1. Thanks to @JimVanAllan and the @EnergyBusSchool our elementary Ss now thrive on “You are the driver!”
