The demand for the implementation of the 3rd Pay Revision Committee (3rd PRC) in BSNL is gaining momentum. BDM has called for the immediate implementation of the 3rd PRC, removal of the Affordability Clause, and an end to salary disparities between deputation officers and regular BSNL employees.
Employees argue that while officers on deputation continue to receive the benefits at the latest rate, the regular BSNL staff are still waiting for a decade and more to get their legitimate dues.

Reviewed the progress on resolving pending HR issues of BSNL employees today with CMD @BSNLCorporate, the HR team and @DoT_India officials. Directed that all outstanding matters be addressed on a time-bound basis.
BSNL ఉద్యోగుల పెండింగ్ HR అంశాల పరిష్కారంపై ఈ రోజు CMD BSNL, HR బృందం, DoT అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించాను.
ఉద్యోగులకు సంబంధించిన పెండింగ్ అంశాలను గుర్తించి, వాటిని నిర్దిష్ట కాలపరిమితిలో పరిష్కరించేలా అధికారులను ఆదేశించాను.
ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమం, సంస్థ సామర్థ్య పెంపు రెండూ సమానంగా ముఖ్యమైనవే. బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ మరింత బలోపేతం కావడానికి అవసరమైన చర్యలను వేగవంతం చేస్తూ ముందుకు సాగుతాం.

BDM, AIGETOA और BTEU की स्पष्ट मांग — BSNL में 3rd PRC को तत्काल लागू किया जाए और Affordability Clause को बिना किसी देरी के समाप्त किया जाए।
यह कैसी विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले अधिकारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग (7th CPC) का लाभ मिल रहा है, जबकि कंपनी के नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC से वंचित हैं। यह भेदभाव अब और स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
हम प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों और अन्य सुविधाओं में पूर्ण समानता की मांग करते हैं।
BSNL के कर्मचारियों ने कंपनी के पुनरुत्थान में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। अब समय आ गया है कि उनके साथ न्याय किया जाए।
