When do you plan to stop lifting weights? At 40? 50? 60? Or are you one of those gym bros who plans to be moving iron until the day they can’t walk anymore?

Training without your phone might be one of the best gym hacks. Have you ever tried it? How did your workout compare to your usual sessions?

As long as I’m able, I’ll keep lifting. When I can’t anymore, I’ll still probably be doing light dumbbells 💪

Wow perfect form with proper reps .
Pullups are a fun party trick. Last year I could only do 1 or 2. I found a good spot to do them at work. I do a 80% max effort set once a week. x.com/i/status/2064023212745…

How do you cope when the gym bros start hyping you up? “Bro, you’re getting bigger.” “Look at your chest!” “Your forearms are crazy.” “Even your shoulders are popping” Do you stay humble, act like nothing happened, or secretly enjoy every second of it?

Hot take: Most people lose a huge chunk of their gains after just 8 weeks away from the gym. Why do you think that happens? Muscle memory failing, poor nutrition, or were the gains never really built in the first place?

Gym Goers: For those who lift and also aim for 10k steps daily have you managed to keep it consistent long term? Did you actually see changes in fat loss, energy levels, sleep, or mood? And did it ever cause issues like knee or hip discomfort?

Nothing humbles you more than realizing you’ve been neglecting a muscle group for years. What body part do you regret not training sooner?
