Here is the content you have all been waiting for!
North Belfast ran two #BikeBuses during #CycleToSchoolWeek.
Watch footage of our Cavehill ride below.
Fun, safe, sustainable - that is how we want to get to school! @deptinfrayoutu.be/6vR8QnUnYe8
York Street Train Station is missing 2 important connections:
1. The Limestone Road Bike Lane @NBCycleCampaign
2. The Sailortown Bridge to Titanic Quarter @StJoesBelfast
IT'S BACK!!! Thanks to the kindness of neighbours, the bike has been found!
Absolutely over the moon to have it back. Thanks to everyone who shared the picture and for all the kind words ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
"If everyone drives - no one moves"
Meg Hoyt from Belfast Cycle Campaign says more of us should get on our bikes to beat the traffic

Delighted to finally see some action on this.
The bollards work a treat. Interested to see if double yellows are observed.
More of this....and faster please ๐ @deptinfra
Marcus ward cycle lane getting double yellows on it!
Looks like they were able to complete today for our standard reasons.
Other good news is that the bollards are working!
There are no protected cycle lanes on the Malone Road, University Road, the Lisburn Road, the Ormeau Road, the Stranmillis Road or the Holylands. Active travel requires that the @deptinfra provide some infrastructure! @belfastcyclecam@CyclingUK_NI@SustransNI
BIKE BUS: AMAZING message from a parent who joined #BikeBus this morning!! THIS is why I am so passionate about POSITIVE IMPACT @fridedaysbb#BikeBus project has with transforming the journey to school for the WHOLE school community! ๐ฒ๐ถโค๏ธ๐คฉ๐ #FridayWeCycle
We've been asking, calling talking, listening to drivers for *so* many years.
Issuing tickets seems remarkably effective - you should try doing more of that; make them easier/faster to deploy.
Heartily agree with @SustransNI.

Calling on drivers to 'show consideration' is not enough. You @deptinfra carried out a consultation, with the majority of respondents calling for a general pavement parking ban. What was the point of it? @ImtacNI@guidedogsni@RNIB@CyclingUK_NI
๐๐๐ ฟ๏ธ Weโre calling on drivers to show consideration for others in our society when parking.
This includes not:
โ Blocking access to properties with your vehicle
โ Parking partially or wholly on a pavements unless signs permit it
โ Parking on cycle lanes during times of operation
โ Parking in spaces for designated users e.g. disabled parking bays
Please take a moment and think before you park.
@NIRoadPolicing
ALT Graphic wording: Please park with consideration for everyone including those who walk, wheel or cycle. #Thinkbeforeyoupark. Parking sign on right side of graphic.
Itโs that time of the month again! Get those bikes ready for some Belfast street loving on Fri 27th. Meet at the Big Fish for 6.15pm #criticalmassbelfast#twowheelsgood
Well done to all who organised the Cavehill Autumn Fair๐๐๐
Such a lovely event. Cavehill absolutely buzzing. Glad to see these events going from strength to strength.๐๐
Pure joy riding with the Bici Bus in Barcelona this morning. A girl on a balance bike with her mom running along with encouragement. A boy running along with a huge smile. Joy, pure joy. Oh, and hard work by parents to make all that joy happen. Thanks to Genis & @jordihoney
Delighted with the swift response by @translink to our request for urgent, temporary cycle parking at Grand Central
Their message:
"We are installing temporary cycle stands this week along the Saltwater Lane hoarding. Signage will guide passengers to these temporary stands..
