Earlier this year, our administration launched PA’s first-ever Housing Action Plan, serving as a guide for how we expand housing projects, preserve older homes, and modernize zoning rules so more people can find stable housing.
Today, $93 million has been awarded through the PA Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement program that will be directed toward 432 housing and community development projects across all 67 counties.
Making housing affordable is one step in making everything more affordable – and this is just the start.

I had the opportunity to tour a local fire station in Brevard County, meet with the men and women who serve on the front lines, and discuss how we can continue supporting those who answer the call when Floridians need them most.
