Bl00dy ransomware has now advertised in RAMP forum and is asking 10k USD to join their affiliate program. This is half the price of Lockbits fee. Bl00dy appears to have felt some heat and is looking to be more covert. Notably, the poster appears to be a native English speaker.

I know the Cl0p ransomware groups’ MoveIT vulnerability has hit a lot of sectors hard, but the attacks against healthcare seem especially pronounced.
For all of 2023 Clop accounts for just over 16% of healthcare victims, for the month of June that number jumps to almost 45%.

We cannot stress this enough:
It is incredibly problematic that the Supreme Court does not have a binding Code of Ethics. Failing to have ethics rules for the "highest court in the land" is just another way to erode the public's faith in the courts. We deserve better.
