Earlier my full tank used to cost ₹3300. Now the same tank costs ₹3567. That’s already ₹267 extra. But the real damage is mileage. Earlier: 16.5 kmpl average Now: 11.5 kmpl average If I drive 1,650 km a month: Earlier fuel needed: 1,650 ÷ 16.5 = 100 litres Now fuel needed: 1,650 ÷ 11.5 = 143 litres Extra fuel consumption: 43 litres more every month. At around ₹101.90/litre, monthly extra expense = ₹4,382 more. So effectively: ₹3300 tank became ₹3567 ₹4382 extra monthly fuel burn because mileage crashed. Middle class is paying more money to travel the same distance.

GRADUAL COLLAPSE OF LAW AND ORDER IN DELHI. Was outside Vegas Mall, Sec 14 Dwarka on 31st May at 11:43 PM, When suddenly 2 cars (Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra Scorpio) one after another exited the mall parking started driving recklessly (drifting, burnout and whatnot) with absolutely no regard of public safety. This went on for almost 15 minutes. Traffic was disrupted, nearby vehicles and civilians were in danger of getting hit by one of these cars. They had the audacity of doing all this when there is a police booth on the other side of the mall (not even 100 meters away). I went and informed the police personnel stationed there and they probably called in a patrolling vehicle. The moment these guys saw it coming from the other side they escaped from the scene. It the entire scenario, it was evident that they had no fear of law enforcement and the consequences that might follow. They were busy making videos, fooling around. Just in February this year, 23 year old Sahil Dhaneshra was k*lled by a speeding Scorpio driven by a minor hardly 3 KMs away from here. The condition is degrading with each passing day. Every now and then I come across over speeding, rash driving and road rage incidents in Dwarka.
