Hello @StateFarm - your reset password page does not submit. I'm not seeing any errors in the browser console that gives context. Could you please help? I've tried to reset my password through the mobile app and on desktop, both in Safari and in Chrome.

Hi @Walgreens - when using your iOS app, and trying to update a submitted prescription delivery order with an expired credit card, the edit card/add new card option crashes the app when I attempt to input a new credit card number and tap into a new field (ex., date).

I’ve tried with Amex and Visa cards, but both card numbers crashed the app. I can’t find a way to display the app version number. Let me know if I can help out another way. Thanks!

.@VerizonSupport I am trying to cancel Disney and the chatbot has given me a redirect link that does not work. The console displays a 500 error. I have tried elsewhere on your site and cannot find it. Please help.

.@GoTo Are you still having issues with folks connecting via RemoteAssist v5? My account is not connecting to a remote session, and in the web browser console I'm noticing two reoccurring websocket errors. Could you give advice? Thank you.

Hi there - I've also tried the RemoteAssist v4 desktop app, and am seeing the same websocket errors (via Charles proxy). Could you please let me know if there's something I can do to get out of this issue? Happy to provide a screenshot/etc.

Perfect, thank you. @NWSBUFFALO please avoid using the verbs "cripple" or "paralyze"? A great alternative would be "immobilize" or "incapacitate". MyRadar isn't the only ones to use this language - choosing these words has knock-on implications.

For more context: ncdj.org/style-guide/ Granted, you're not speaking about disabilities directly. But by using terms that are either offensive to disabled people, or in a sensationalist fear-mongering way, it continues to have marginalizing effects toward disabled people.

.@TishJames Give justice to the Cavooris family - properly investigate SCPD for its mishandling and coverup from a terrifying accident. In addition, SCPD shouldn't be able to duck FOIL requests in this manner. Good on @Newsday and @schwartznewsNY for this clearly written piece.

.@AirbnbHelp I'm trying to login to my account on a new machine. Receiving an error message when attempting Google SSO that I already have an account. The error messaging is indicating I don't have an account with that email. Schrödinger's acct seems to be at play. Please help?
Account Exists notification appears after attempting to login with Google SSO auth. Unfortunately, the password error indicates there is not an account associated with the email address.
