We at the Ontario Education Workers United OSSTF Subcommittee agree. We are concerned that important issues of working conditions and student learning in both central and local bargaining will be at serious risk. We need inter-union solidarity at a time when public education is under attack. We are in solidarity with education unions fighting for a fair deal by powerfully exercising their bargaining rights. Now is the time that we must “not take thought for our separate interests, but let us help one another”.
