The institutional collapse of the LCMS is happening because of decisions made by people fifty years ago, not five. Those who pretend otherwise should not be taken seriously.
Likewise, those who crow the loudest about how we are not sufficiently committed to evangelism and growth in the LCMS often have one adult baptism for every 50 people they lose through death or indifference. Don’t take them seriously either.

Mormons are fundamentally incapable of understanding the Bible. But that stands to reason, to understand the Bible one needs the Holy Spirit.
The Bible does mention other things called gods, but it makes it abundantly clear they are not gods or divine beings.

This is the mark of a great heresy. Notice how much of the tweet is things that are true. Christians could say yes to them, some are even phrases lifted from Scripture. Right in the middle is the lie - divinity begins at conception. The best liars use as much truth as they can.
