Our Autonomous Dissociation-type Selection (ADS) method is now published @JProteomeRes. This intelligent data acquisition approach uses RTLS to make fragmentation decisions as data is collected to improve glycoproteome sampling. Congrats to all involved!

We have a new preprint showcasing work led by @EmmajayS14 and @VethTim that uses a real-time library search to classify precursor ions as potential N- or O-glycopeptides for on-the-fly decisions abt fragmentation. We call this approach Autonomous Dissociation-type Selection (ADS)

Great talks by these fantastic speakers during today’s morning session that honored Dr. Alan Marshall’s tremendous contributions in high-resolution mass spectrometry @asmsnews#ASMS2024@KristinaHakans2
For anyone at @J_ASMS interested in glycan sequencing, I would love to see you at my poster today! (MP034) we used a library of standard glycans to create a targeted approach for structural analysis #asms (big shoutout to @chrashwood for his huge and critical part in this work)
So excited to have some of my postdoctoral work in press! Very proud of this work and its potential in coral reef monitoring efforts 🪸🐠An absolute brilliant group of collaborators, colleagues & co-authors👩🔬. More #metabolomics & #coral reef research to come 🤞🏼👀
We are happy to support the @OpenMSTeam fully funded fellowship training in computational MS! 🤗
Great opportunity for graduate students and recent grads 👩🎓
Scientists from underrepresented backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

I am excited to be at the #ASBMB this year and the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center will have a Glyco-Booth at #607. So come and talk to me about everything #glycotime. I will also have a poster on Glycosphingolipids analysis by MS at Poster 128. #UGAReseach
We CT scanned a Stanley Quencher cup to look for the lead that’s supposedly inside. Here’s what we found, and what it says about how these cups are made… 🧵
We are hiring a research assistant to join our glycomics core! This is a great opportunity for a recent BA/BS graduate to gain some lab and critical thinking skills! Please share with anyone who might be interested!
