We continue to be so amazed by your accomplishments, @JennaGhassabeh! Andrew and I been following your stellar path with delight. The PMO has made an excellent choice. Congratulations!
In some exciting news, next week I will be taking on a new role here at PMO as Press Secretary to Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau. I am looking forward to this new challenge and to continue learning from an incredible team of people who work hard every single day for Canadians.

Hi Brian, Are you aware that ed systems based on vouchers & privatization perform much worse than Ontario’s publicly funded edu system & that Ontario is one of highest performing edu systems in world according to @OECDEduSkills PISA but that requires investment in #OntEd & staff
Time for school choice in Ontario. With what we pay per student for education in Ontario, parents could choose a nice private school with a voucher system. torontosun.com/opinion/colum…

#Opinion: Ontario has chosen to spend $365M in one-time, nontargeted $200 payouts to parents across the province. The money will not address any challenges in schools and could be better used for targeted, in-classroom supports proven to be effective. thestar.com/opinion/contribu…

Let’s say it again: if you want to support students to “catch up” in their learning, you don’t remove funding from publicly funded education system & give it out privately as no-strings attached funding. You invest directly in classroom supports, including staffing #OntEd #OnPoli

We need to Marie Kondo our math curriculum: Look at every detail, and if it doesn't bring us joy and we can't find a use for it, out it goes.

Amazing! Way to go, Colleen 👏🏻
Thrilled to see my #art in the latest issue of @TheHutsMag alongside so many amazing artists, including those who were featured in the Surrounded by Nature exhibit by @artmumsunited. I’m loving my digital copy of the magazine & can’t wait for a physical copy too!💫 #canadianart

If you or someone you know enjoy hillwalking then you might like my book 'Onwards and Upwards: In the Hills with my Dad'. There are tales of bad navigation, missing tea bags and how we learned that there are joys beyond the touching of summit cairns. Available on amazon (see⬇️)

I’ve always understood role of a Minister of Edu to include advocating within Cabinet for importance of education in govt priorities & especially in securing $$$ in the budget. This year, no mention of Education in Throne Speech & now cut in base funding in #FES 🤦🏻‍♀️ #OntEd #OnPoli

It was incredibly exciting to join @MayorPellegrini to visit the site of the future East Humber Headwaters Park on the Oak Ridges Moraine.🌳 This project will restore 500 acres to its natural state — part of my commitment to conservation in the heart of our community. #EarthDay
