My Appointment on Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power Board of Directors. On January 2, 2025, the General Assembly of ACWA POWER approved my appointment to the board of the company. ACWA POWER is a company headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the city of Riyadh and is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange. The main shareholder of the company is the Kingdom of Saudi Sovereign's Welfare Fund, (The Public Investment Fund) at about 44% equity. ACWA POWER is the region's leading water desalination and power producer with investments in other Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and more recently in Africa, central Asia, and China.
