Can’t believe they didn’t listen to all the dads, uncles, and that guy at the gym that benched 405 in high school that just did bench, squat, clean and run wind sprints when they played in the 80’s. Rookie mistake 🤦🏻♂️
It doesn’t matter how many times you fall down and fail in life. As long as you keep getting back up and never quit, you’ll eventually find success. In the end, perseverance always wins!
