Learn from my mistakes:
@PreStocks
- They let you invest in preIPO stocks.
- The catch: Your won't be able to get the exact value of your share price atleast till 6 months after IPO (this can be an advantage too)
Imagine buying
$SPCX from them hoping you can make return on IPO day, wrong.
$SPCX trades around 160-170 range, not on
@PreStocks because of the 6 month lock period for preIPO shares, hence it trades at a discount of 100 - 125.
How can this be an advantage?
If you are a long term holder, you could buy
$SPCX at almost 30% discount with the 6 month lock in period.
What happens after 6 months of IPO??
Each
$SPCX prestock gets 1:1 for
@xStocksFi giving your discounted stock the needed fair price.
