The only known Cullen prime numbers that humans are aware of have n values below. Perhaps humans will find no others. Cullen numbers are of the form n x 2^n 1. bit.ly/327Nxk6

11111111...111, with 1031 consecutive 1's is the largest known Repunit prime!
There are probable primes as large as 270,343 digits, but they're much harder to prove.
